Accounts & Registration

You may change your password from the Profile section of your Account page. Simply navigate to the page and enter your new password twice under the “Change your Password” section and click “Save Changes.” Your password must be at least 6 characters long. Your new password is effective immediately.

If you forgot your current password click on the “Sign In” button on the Customer Center and click on the “Lost your password?” link. Follow the prompts to receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

You may change your email address from the Profile section of your Account page. Simply navigate to the page and edit your email address on file and click “Save Changes.”

AI Predictions

Our AI technology watches for real-time news releases, reads and extracts their topics and content, and pulls the ticker data and historical info on similar scenarios; within a few seconds, the machine learning algorithm verifies if the ticker can have a dramatic upward or downward movement based on the newly published press release. If that happens to be the case, it sends out a short or long prediction signal to our members.

Once a prediction signal is alerted, we take note of the current price of the ticker and check its pricing every five minutes for one week. If the price of the stock moves towards the AI’s predicted direction for 1% or more, the prediction is marked as profitable. If this scenario does not play within a week, the prediction is marked as incorrect and is flagged in red color.

Manage Subscription

You may use PayPal or Credit Card as your form of payment. American Express, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, and Visa are accepted as payment for a new subscription.

To view your payment method, click “Membership” on the top navigation menu. Select your subscription and scroll down to the Payment section. From here you may view existing credit cards associated with your subscription(s), update an existing credit card, or add a new credit card.

Your receipt is available If you recently made a payment. To access your receipt sign in to your account and click “Membership.” From here select your subscription and scroll to the Billing History section.

We also email you a copy of your receipt at the beginning of each billing cycle.

With automatic renewal, you do not have to worry about mailing back renewal notices or missing issues if you forget to renew. For your convenience, if eligible, your subscription will renew automatically upon your next renewal date. You have complete control over your subscription and can change or cancel at any time from your Membership page.

Your subscription expiration date will display on the Membership section of your account page. You also may view your next estimated payment date under the Billing section.

If your subscription has expired under the Payments section click the “Renew Subscription” link to reactivate your subscription.

Policies

If you are a resident of the state of California and you purchased your subscription online, you may cancel your subscription from the Membership page under your account. To cancel your subscription, sign in to the Customer Center and click “Manage Subscriptions” under My Account From the Subscriptions page under the Cancel section click on the ‘Cancel Subscription’ link. If you cannot find the link, please contact Customer Service.

If you are a resident of the state of New York and you purchased your subscription online, you may cancel your subscription from the Membership page under your account. To cancel your subscription, sign in to the Customer Center and click “Manage Subscriptions” under My Account From the Subscriptions page under the Cancel section click on the ‘Cancel Subscription’ link. If you cannot find the link, please contact Customer Service.
